WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT
Only the email address you enter in the "Be first to know." form. We do not ask for any other personal information.
WHY WE USE IT
To send you news about CRISPIM.: our opening in Chiado, Lisbon, launches and occasional updates. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
LEGAL BASIS
Your consent, given when you subscribe (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
WHO PROCESSES IT
Our website is built and hosted by Framer B.V. When you subscribe, your email address is passed through Framer and stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Ireland Limited), which processes it on our behalf. If we start using an email newsletter service, it will process your address on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We also delete addresses that have been inactive for 24 months.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to hello@crispim.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your data has been misused, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
COOKIES
Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work and to measure visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies.
CHANGES
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email.
